This toddler girl has dark warm brown (toast) colored skin, large dark brown eyes framed with long black lashes. Her hair, styled in two pig tails, is a very curly, soft black. Her dress is a cotton print with pixies/fairies of different skin colors, different kinds of animals, bugs, and flowers all on a light green background with medium green highlights. The dress is trimmed with white lace at hem, sleeves, and neck. The dress adorned at neck with agreen bow and a medium pink satin ribbon rosette. Her hair is adorned with green ribbon and medium pink satin ribbon rosette snap on hair bobbles. She also comes dressed in a white cotton slip trimmed with white lace and a pink bow. Her white cotton panties are trimmed across the back with two rows of white lace and a tiny pink satin ribbon bow. She has white socks trimmed with white lace and white leatherette mary jane styled shoes with tiny flowers on top. Straps are velcro. This Comfort Kids toddler girl doll is 22 inches tall. She is new. The front of her face is one piece. Her nose is soft sculpted on her face. Her ears are sewn into the side seams by machine. Her eyes are indented around top of eyelid to give a more real look to them. It takes over three hours to hand embroider her real life eyes. She has dimples on each side of her mouth. Her fingers are separated.
Each doll takes three to four days to complete. I make all of her clothes except for her socks and shoes. Her hair is made of washable yarn sewn on carefully by hand. Comfort Kids are jointed at shoulders and hips so their arms and legs bend for sitting, sleeping, or for carrying around. They come complete with a belly button and a shaped bottom. Comfort Kids have dimples on their knees, elbows, and hands.

I will sign each doll with my name, month and year if you wish. Each doll I make is a one of a kind (OOAK), unique creation. The faces never come out the same. As I work, I love watching their personalities take shape. I may choose which eye, hair, and clothes color they will have, but each one chooses how she/he will look when finished.

I use an easy care knit fabric called Windsor Comfort, for the doll. The clothes are made of washable fabrics. Comfort Kids are so cuddly and huggable. They can wear regular baby clothes.

Washing instructions: Place inside a pillowcase that is then tied shut close to the doll. Wash on gentle cycle. Dry on low setting while still in pillow case.

This makes them the perfect playmate. They are also very good listeners and wonderful companions. They always have a smile for you.
