This handcrafted, lovely, soft, cuddly, soft sculptured Comfort Kids Doll has a gorgeous smile. This little miss has blue/lavender eyes that match the blues and lavender in her dress. Her eyes are framed in long brown lashes. Her dress is an all over pattern of houses/landscapes in blue, lavender and navy blue on a white background. The dress is trimmed in white lace and decorated at yoke with a navy ribbon bow and a white ribbon rosette. Her thick medium brown hair is tied up in two ponytails. She has snap on ponytail holders that are made of white lace and navy rosettes. Her dress is long and wide so she can sit pretty on a bed with her dress spread out around her

She has white panties with white ruffles and a pink ribbon bow. A white slip trimmed with white lace at hem and a pink ribbon bow at neckline. She has white socks trimmed with white lace and a white ribbon bow. She is wearing white little girl shoes with two straps that close with velco. This Comfort Kids doll is 22 inches tall. She is new. The front of her face is one piece. Her nose is soft sculpted on her face, not sewn on. Her ears are sewn into the side seams by machine. Her eyes are indented around top of eyelid to give a more real look to them. She has dimples on each side of her mouth. Her fingers are separated.

I make all of her clothes except for her socks and shoes, which are a size 0-6 months. Her hair is made of washable yarn sewn on carefully by hand. It takes me three hours to hand embroider her real life eyes. She has a beautiful smile and an adorable dimple on her chin. Comfort Kids are jointed at shoulders and hips so their arms and legs bend for sitting, sleeping, or for carrying around. They come complete with a belly button and a shaped bottom. Comfort Kids have dimples on their knees, elbows, and hands.

I sign each doll with my name and year. If you wish your dolly to be personalized just let me know what you would like. Each doll I make is a one of a kind (OOAK), unique creation. The faces never come out the same. As I work, I love watching their personalities take shape. I may choose which eye, hair, and clothes color they will have, but each one chooses how she/he will look when finished.

I use an easy care knit fabric called Windsor Comfort, for the oll. The clothes are made of washable fabrics. Comfort Kids are so cuddly and huggable. They can wear regular baby clothes. Washing instructions: Place inside a pillowcase that is then tied shut, they are completely machine washable on gentle cycle and machine dryable on low setting. This makes them the perfect playmate for any age child or to just sit in your room to keep you company. Comfort Kids are very good company. They are excellent listeners. They always have a smile for you.
