This soft sculpture Comfort Kids Doll has curly, golden blonde hair. She has gorgeous blue eyes framed in long brown lashes. And what a cute smile. She is dressed in a cotton print dress. The pattern is gorgeous blue tinted clouds with rainbows on a bright blue background. The dress is trimmed with white lace at hem, bottom edge of sleeves, yoke and neckline. The yoke is adorned with a frothy white wide ribbon bow, a small turquoise ribbon bow and a dark blue satin ribbon rosette.

Her lovely, thick, curly gold hair is tied up in two ponytails. She has snap on ponytail holders that are made of white lace and dark blue rosettes.

She has white panties with white ruffles and a pink ribbon bow. A white slip trimmed with white lace at hem and a pink ribbon bow at neckline. She has white socks trimmed with white lace, and black Mary Jane shoes. Her shoes are made of black machine washable and machine dryable suede cloth.

This Comfort Kids doll is 22 inches tall. She is new. The front of her face is one piece. Her nose is soft sculpted on her face, not sewn on. Her ears are sewn into the side seams by machine. Her eyes are indented around top of eyelid to give a more real look to them. She has dimples on each side of her mouth. Her fingers are separated.

I make all of her clothes except for her socks, which are a size 0-6 months. Her hair is made of washable yarn sewn on carefully by hand. It takes me three hours to hand embroider her real life eyes. She has a beautiful smile and an adorable dimple on her chin. Comfort Kids are jointed at shoulders and hips so their arms and legs bend for sitting, sleeping, or for carrying around. They come complete with a belly button and a shaped bottom. Comfort Kids have dimples on their knees, elbows, and hands.

I sign each doll with my name, month and year. Each doll I make is a one of a kind (OOAK), unique creation. The faces never come out the same. As I work, I love watching their personalities take shape. I may choose which eye, hair, and clothes color they will have, but each one chooses how she/he will look when finished.

I use an easy care knit fabric called Windsor Comfort, for the doll. The clothes are made of washable fabrics. Comfort Kids are so cuddly and huggable.

Washing instructions: Place inside a pillowcase that is then tied shut, they are completely machine washable on gentle cycle and machine dryable on low setting. This makes them the perfect playmate for any age child or to just sit in your room to keep you company. Comfort Kids are very good company. They are excellent listeners. They always have a smile for you.
